Are you familar with this city? It is listed as one of the top zip codes in the country by Money Magazine. My mortage would only be 26,000.00 per year which I can afford, but to help offset I could lease the condo for 15 weeks during the summer and NET at least 13,000.00 from rental leaving me only 13,000.00 in mortage payments. I appreciate the advise, but I'm really looking for someone who has made the same type of investment or is thinking about it. . |
