Someone can come out ahead in the long run with an 11% loan, if not stretched to the limit with other loans, confident that present employment will continue, in good health with not much chance big medical expenses will occur, and on and on. If it works for you, go for it. You might try to persuade the owner to lower that interest rate a couple of points or so. . |
