I'm buying property in the name of my C-Corp of which I am sole owner. I have a question about the type of tenancy which this falls under. On the contract there are choices for "Type of Tenancy or Estate" and those choices are: Sole Proprietor, Individual, Married, Common Tenants, Joint Tenants, or Other. What is the correct choice for the type of tenancy if this property is to be purchased by a C-Corporation? Thank you! . |
