What a nice, tactful person you are. As it happens, I don't charge anything for presiding over a closing. Because I'm an academic -- and a retired one at that -- and I only preside over closings for friends and relatives. But, jerk that you are, you tar everybody with a law license as a crook. Look in the mirror: doubtless you are projecting your own morals, or the lack thereof, upon others. |
