I did pass... and interestingly enough, James Smith showed up to the motivation seminar that recently went through Phoenix, this time offering a 3-day class for $99. We (my fiancee and I) took him up on the offer. He spoke about a technique where you can put title in the name of a trust and assume a non-assumable mortgage. This guy is convincing, so I figured it was worth 100 bucks to see if he's a con-artist or not; if I could hear more about the assumption of non-assumable mortgages, that'd be worth $100. If I remember, I'll report back on this topic for public |
