Hi everybody! Well, I've been offered to invest in Real Estate in Brazil. A possible option is to buy a Flat in a "Condhoteis" in Fortaleza, just on the beach, or in other Skycrapes on the main beach (there are also other more risky business, but.....) They assure that managing company will grant (in written) a montly revenue that will be between 1 and 1.2% of the invested Amount...that means around 13-15% per year...and then there can be some gain from value increasing throughout the years...... They continue telling that this is not a special offer, but what the market offers, and that there are not only 5 choices, but thousand... Well, I checked a little around and I found also on official web site of one Brazilian State that "Real estate Investment, in general, has a low risk, but gives a low yeld, around 0.8-1.2% per month....." confirming what has |
