Hi Everyone, Say I have a house that will list for $350,000. Would it be legal if I list the house at $500,000 and then immediately drop to $400,000 and post it as "reduced, owner must sell immedately" My thinking is to make people think that they are getting a $500,000 house for $400,000. Now sure it wouldnt be a 500k house and most people would say, "wow this isnt worth 500k" but it'll be in the back of thier minds as , "Man, I'm getting a 500k house for $400,000" Not that I am going to do this but there doesnt seem to be any "real" marketing of houses.... I was just wondering if it was legal. Sam . |
