I respect the path others have traveled & know that I can learn plenty from them. All one can do is ask, plenty of people like to share experiences & help out the newbie just starting out. I already own 3 houses, so it's likely I am more qualified to be in this group than some of your regulars. My wife was in Real estate for 5 or 6 years & really hated it, she did ok, but wasn't the cut throat type. You know,,, 10 % of the agents sell 90% of the house. The other ones have integrity & a conscience. She kind of burnt out when the local market fell a few years back, she's still got her license in referrals. reading between the lines ( & insults) I can assume that a sheriffs sale is a waste of time or everyone wants to keep the good deals to themselves. thanks for some serious insight. it doesn't go unappreciated.
