I am a Realtor with the prestigious e-PRO designation working in Tallahassee, Florida. Our real estate market is HOT. New subdivisions are going up all over, and the big attraction to our community is nature. We are surrounded by beautiful state forests, parks and a national forest. Inside this capital city, are numerous parks with lakes and nature trails. Tallahassee has over 60 lakes, and plenty of lakeside homes. It is also a university city.
