Becasue the rent to value ratios are higher than anywhere I know of in ALL of America. I can buy a house in Phoenix for $250,000 and rent it out for $1,300. I can buy a house for $110,000 in Texas and rent it out for $1,300. even with higher taxes (which are there to offset the lack of income taxes in that state) I get a HUGE positive cash flow there, and can't matchit ANYWHERE in the other states. My answer. :-) John . |
