While intrest rates remain low, and banks are expanding their lending to wider fields of prime, and marginal prime barrowers, it keeps the market going. Although it would be wise to ask a realtor about trends in your local market. Unless we re-enter a ression (IE: the recovery stalls) prices will remain strong. As for timing the market. prices tend to rise durring the summer and early fall. In the winter and spring prices tend to hold steady as demand falls off. |
