As for your second question, if you remember from your florida state licensing class, anything you do as an agent in A BAR SALE (A Advertise real estate services, B Buy, A Appraise, R Rent or provide rental information or lists, S Sell, A Auction, L Lease, or E Exchange) you do in the name of your broker, therefore your broker must approve the ad, and have their identifying information on it. j.c. . |
