Boy, that site is a lot to do over nothing. The main categories like electrical, plumbing, and AC had no photos of any problems. There was one photo of a complaint about dead bugs in the window track. Clean your own dam house when you move in. Things happen. Gee, a kid rode his bike on the uncured cement. Much of the stuff was either already fixed or in process. Grow up people. Bitching about normal building deficiencies is a waste of time. Do a walk through before you close and don't close if you don't like it or escrow some funds until things are fixed. . |
