I just wanted to tell everyone a good resolution from a catalog company. I ordered something from the Improvements Catalog. I bought 2-day shipping. When it didn't arrive, I called on the third day. They said it was still sitting in the warehouse and they didn't know why. They refunded my 2-day shipping charge (but kept the normal shipping charge) and sent it the next day via 2-day shipping. I sent an e-mail saying I was dissatisfied with this. I suggested what they should have done was not only refund my 2-day shipping charge, but overnight the item instead of keep it at two days. Plus, I suggested they go even farther by refunding double the shipping charge. I said they could do so in the form of a gift certificate, as I know their accountants wouldn't like to give out cash. They replied promptly, agreeing with me, refunding all my shipping charges, and sending me a gift certificate for the amount of all the |
