For example, new techs are not worth what experienced ones are. Also, cutting corners in terms of equipment or parts makes it cheaper -- I can install a POS Bristol cheaper than a Copeland scroll. And YOU wouldn't know the difference; nor would you be able to tell if I charged it properly or installed one or more driers. You would have no clue if your contactor needed to be changed. And you wouldn't know if the tech had a license to handle the refrigerant, or if he even used a recovery |
