Having used both, natural gas is far more convenient. No more changing tanks, carrying them around, refilling, running out, etc. The only thing that might be a factor for me would be how close/easy it is to run the line addition. Once you get past that, there really is no downside. Popular grills, eg Weber are available in models that will support either fuel. As someone pointed out, you just need to get the right one, the difference being in the burner hole size. I haven't noticed any difference in heat/cooking ability, nor would I expect there to be one. The difference in the burners is there to keep the BTUs the same with either fuel. . |
