ServiceMaster might be one to call. They can get rid of the smell from a fire, and this cannot be too far from that. BTW, can you explain what a plenum or double ceiling is? Is this a drop ceiling below an older paster ceiling? If so, there is probably some grease that floated up in there, and now it is rancid and growing mold. If it is ceiling tile, get rid of it and replace them. While they are down, use the paint that they used in fire damaged houses and paint |
