So, If you want to paint inside of your house and it costs $1000, you need a permit??? Or if you decide to put a hardwood floor for $3000 (definate home improvement) you have to get one as well? I'll have to disagree with you, I have never heard of that. If you don't mind me asking, what town are you in? I've lived in Midlessex, Union and Morris counties and have never run into it, but I have taken out many permits. . |
