I assume that should not cost much compared to the seller's lawyer fee, no? " The closing generally takes place at the buyer's attorney's office, with both lawyers and both parties attending. The buyer's attorney handles the transfer of the money, filing of documents, etc, so the attorney fee for buying vs selling may be different, but they are pretty close. If you ask a lawyer, they should be able to give you an upfront price they charge for buying or selling. . |
