That means two gallons of the twelve-dollar paint, and one gallon of the thirty-dollar paint. So the cheap paint only saves you six bucks, at the cost of your time to apply an extra coat. And you'll probably have to re-coat it again a lot sooner than you would have if you'd bought the better paint. Your best shot is to wait for the expensive paint to go on sale... > |
