I've heard of the 3-day period mentioned in this newsgroup; I find it hard to believe NJ lets then cancel the sale the day before closing...too many things are done, e.g. selling your house & financing & inspections you pay for, etc. ("you" in the general sense, not you, specifically) for that to make any sense.
