You seem to have an "inverted" roof where the foam is "just" insulation, not a waterproof layer. The actual waterproff layer is under the foam where it is protected from temperature swings and walking damage. (If you knew all that already, I apologize.) Some minor holes are no big deal, shovel some gravel back over them to protect them from additional physical damage. The foam is doing what it is supposed to, sacrificing itself to protect the waterproof |
