Since it's happening continuosly, like someone else suggested, I'd try to set up something to catch the skunk with a hidden camera. As someone pointed out, if it turns out it is a realtor, you not only have a criminal case, but also an excellent civil one. You could sue them for interfering with and delaying your sale. I'm sure most judges would have no problem with slapping them with a few grand to compensate you for your costs. . |
