"Incorrect. There is a three day attorney review period to the contract, and I can back out within the three days of attorney review if I don't like the color ink they used on the contract. I let them know my feelings on day one. " Can you even follow a thread? The OP has a signed and valid contract. He's well past any 3 day attorney review period. Before an inspection is going to occur, in virtually every case, the contract would have been signed and more than 3 days would pass. What is binding is the contract, not any crap you tell realtors. You seem to suffer from a bad case of 20-20 hindsight. Like saying you would reject a buyer like this guy is dealing with. Guess what, it's too late. The contract is signed and now he has to deal with it. . |
