reply top posted for yer convenience. We are in a housing bubble. Paying todays prices as business in the US is due for a long low pass .. a decade if not a lot longer, is not a completely wise move, unless you are 100% sure your mother company is bullet proof and that you will be advancing...then its still risky. costs may well drop back to the 120 dollar pre sq ft level within a year or sooner... thats a guess on my part however. |
