You would have two legs feeding 50 amps per leg. Between the two legs you have 240 volts, and between either leg and the white, grounded conductor (called a neutral in a 240 volt circuit- there's no neutral in a 120 volt circuit) you would have 120 volts. If you have access to the NEC, Article 551 covers Rec Vee electrical installations and Article 552 covers Park Trailer electrical instillations.
