Florida gets a lot of rain so you need gutters to take the water from your roof away from your house. not only would i suggest gutters but I would suggest that you install underground abs black plastic tubes to take the water away from your home. I know some people that live on the west side of florida and after a storm and with continued regular rains they get a small lake behind their condo. They seem to like the ducks that visit but since the area is grass covered and not ment to hold that much water it cant be good for the landscaping. If you are moving on a larger lot of single homes and dont have a Home Association which is hard not to have in florida now. I would suggest that you look into having a 2000 gallon cistern plastic tank burried in ground with a small pump. should cost about $600 for the agricultural farm grade tank and $100 for the pump and plumbing. |
