Also, it matters whether or not it's a lot in a platted and recorded subdivision or just a metes and bounds parcel. If it's a platted subdivision, the corners are already set. The surveyor should have flagged them though. Not that it's mandatory but he probably would have if he'd actually done the field work. phantman . |
