We use this http://www.tools-plus.com/alwk13-50.html buy 4 or 5 or 20 as they go dull, they're cheap. Local hardware/lumberyard store for about $.50~$1.00 & like the others said, roll out the insulation, plywood (or similar) underneath, 2x4 (or similar) for compressing insulation & straightedge. Dust mask & leather gloves advisable.
