Thermostat ideas for 8+ zones

Hi There, I'm building a new home that will use radiant heat (via Warmboard) as its sole heat source. In order to help ensure against problems related to different floor covering and room sizes there are going to be eight or nine different zones. I'm trying to find some options for controlling those zones. The current plan is to have a simple digital thermostat in each zone, which will obviously work but will be a pain when I want to make a temperature change to all zones at once (i.e. when going away for the weekend). Also, it would make it difficult (at best) to maintain as a programmable system (i.e. cooler at night, warmer during the day). The ideal system (in my opinion) would be a thermostat in each zone and then one central console that can also control the temperature of each zone.
