If you spend lots of time in the kitchen, you'll feel it. Wood is hard if you actually cook--it doesn't take the abuse very well. We had wood floors in the kitchen at the last house...didn't like it one bit. Always worried about the floors. New house...we put in a commercial grade vinyl. Different look, but we like it quite a bit...not worried about the floor anymore. . |
