" I'm not a contractor but this makes me wonder how you flash a house after it's all done, in that amount of time. I do know builders "forget" to use flashing quite regularly--so regularly in fact it should fall within many state's definition of "fraud." But the flashing I'm seeing, (or more accurately seeing the space where it should be on thousands of new homes going up in my area), is done before windows are installed in framing, and before shingles are on the roof, etc. I have this sneaking feeling your builder forgot some other |
