Issue would be unshielded romex onto the roof... transition from romex to conduit at the vent opening on the roof...but thats not too difficult just use an LB and a short conduit nipple down into the duct or better flex from the LG through the duct. wire penetration of exhaust duct... *flame spread rating on wire suitable for installation in duct. |
