You signed a contract, things didn't go your way, when you tried to do something about it, you found you had signed away your rights. I'd suggest you write it off to experience, and if you want to do something useful, insist on enacting laws that override such contracts. May I suggest you have a look for the ACCC and the Australian TPA (Trade Practices Act). |
