Talk to your local contractors if you want to find out how much it will cost. FWIW, ten years ago I replaced a forced air electric furnace with a heat pump. It cost me $1,700 for a complete installation, including a second return air duct and a couple more supply ducts. I upgraded the electrical service at the same time.
