Also quite possible they didn't do a good job of backfill under the porch so there's a hole there that's letting water against the wall. Also possible the porch was poured before the wall was waterproofed or the drain tile doesn't go all the way across...there are a zillion shortcuts the builder/subcontractor <could> have taken--there's no way to tell from here. But, it's his responsibility to fix whatever the problem is. . |
