.. In the US pay-offs, kick backs, and fraud are the rule of the day in some cities... and some small towns but not as common there. I don't pay bribes myself because I don't like dealing with scum...if you do, sooner or later you are required to tell bold and rediculous lies in order to keep the boat floating......but most do. In order to get a good volume of work you will be dealing with a high percentage of people who demand a kick back 10 to 20% of the gross sale often more than you gross and 3 times what you net on a job. ... some want you to fill out bogus extra's orders and give them the money...100% payola. That assure you of the next job with no competition. on which you will pay whatever kick back is required. its very common in the US. If you are not hip to the routine, after you get a job and start the work ...and ignore the hints for a kick back...you will be informed that work must now start at 3am and finish at |
