It has been surprising dry since we've owned the house. A couple of times a few bricks along the walls have gotten water stains on them, but have not been wet to touch. I retrenched my downspouts last year and Dry-locked the whole basement this year. A builder just started finishing half of the basement about 6 wks ago. So now I have this small amount of water that I can't determine where it came from. It had to come, of course, on the main wall he is working on that is freshly drywalled.
