Post tension slabs are best left to professional crews. This is not a homeowner friendly project. An incorrect installation can be very dangerous to installers and occupants. Or maybe you just happen to have all the proper hydraulic equipment lying around. Either way, start with your local ready mix concrete supplier. They will know of post tension installers and may be willing to point you in a do-it-yourself direction. You may also want to talk to the inspection dept in your town. They may not sign off on the job if you don't have the proper licensure.
