I bought a roto hammer at Harbor Freight and got the warranty. After using it for a short time, it quit working so I brought it back and they gave me a new one. Some time later the trigger started sticking and I stopped by and asked if I could buy a new trigger. When they found out I had the extended warranty, they said bring it in and they would give me a new one, which I did. Ther was no paper work done either time, so the is no way they know I have returned the drill twice. -- JerryD(upstateNY) Lifetime Extended Warranty means they will replace a tool one time for half price. Then the warranty ends. . |
