Questions about a master suite & garage addition

Hello, We are seriously considering an addition to our 50's brick rancher. We are looking at an approx 18x20 master suite w/bath addition that will be added next to a screened porch and the screened porch will be finished to become a sun room/den between the current living room and the new addition. Due to the way the yard slopes, this one-story addition looks to have enough space to hide a 2 car garage under the bedroom, so that is in consideration as well. So the overall scope for this addition is approx 360 sq ft of new living space for the bed/bath + finishing needed for the garage below it + approx 180 sq ft renovation on the screen porch. In addition to this, we are also looking to improve the architectural appeal of the ranch-style house by making it more arts & crafts style.
