Puddle on a Rubber Roof

I had my flat roof replaced about four years ago which required ripping off 9 layers of old roofing material. This building is over 100 years old and none of the previous owners ever did a complete rip job. The roof is a standard flat slightly sloped roof where all the water drains off to the back of the building (into a gutter system). Anyway, it appears that near the end where the roof ends and feeds into the gutter there is some sinkage in the roof where water sits there and can't be drained The puddle is about 10 feet long and 4 feet wide and measures about 1/4" in the deepest area when completely full. The rubber roof holds the puddle in place until it dries and there has been no leaks whatsoever so far. I'd like to repair this myself. I scouted Home Depot and found rubber roofing material which is 1/8" thick and thought about filling the void |
