I was even approached to open a new division and bid on the landscaping/mowing/mulching/snowplowing and was told how much money was involved for each association. Of course there were a couple people in the management companies that wanted _favors ($)_ and it would be paid in cash. It got to a point where I couldn't sleep at night. I gave up over $200k |
