Your arguement strikes me like this, lets say the mob controls the cost of concrete in my part of the world. You argue that we must somehow find a way to make the mob legitimate. Others, like me, argue that it's a better solution to remove the mob influence. Price up or price down, illegal influence needs to be reduced/eliminated. JTMcC.
