What I'm also virtually certain of is that the request made of them by the Church building committee was for nothing more than a single (or maybe two) sample(s) to be taken and the results forwarded to the Builder rather than a full statement to the effect they perform an engineering study to establish that the building site fully complied w/ the specifications as outlined by the Builder.... The invoice simply don't admit for there to having been any more work possible for the amount charged. They are also are non-specific other than for "Testing Services".
