Its not Chief Architect (CA) I ever had a problem with Richard. I thought I made it clear that for the most part it was the ART morons. No problemo. AFIC CA was and is (I trust on the basis of your comments) still one of the industry's unsung heros for preliminary architectural design phase and can for residential builders be used throughout the entire project if detailing is not required. I know a lot has probably changed since my beta through 3.5 days. As I've noted, detailing and construction documentation had never been CA's strong suit and now that you bring it up drawing stairs was clunky. So you agree that as soon as you move towards design development and construction documentation another application that has a full set of vector drawing tools is required? That's okay with me. I was never very good at pounding nails with a screw driver anyway ;-) So I like different tools. |
