These are all the concernes I had. I was hoping for a "unique"way to do this that didnt require a house mover. I did this to my current house twenty years ago.. I was thinking that I could possibly build and eliptical concrete block wall inside of the existing rectangular foundation and only digging down inside the elipse carefully ensuring I never dug any closer than 5 feet to the existing foundation. Should work fine if I do it in sections. Will take ages though. Damn time vs money issue always sucks. Subsoil is hard clay BTW and water table is more than 20 feet down during the rainy season.
