Importance: High Hello Scott, In short, the answer to your question is no, there are no large issues in using a recirculation system with a tankless water heater. The only main concern that I would have would be that you need a minimum gallon per minute flow rate of .75 GPM with both Takagi and Noritz gas fired tankless systems. As long as you have this minimum level of flow rate, the recirc system should work just fine. Be careful though. Recirc systems can be inefficient if not properly insulated and can rob you of the energy efficiencies gained from the tankless in the first place. Also, the very nature of a recirc means that |
