I receive a list of about 50-75 new FSBO's a day just for my county, and these are only the one's that the service is able to harvest from local newspapers and website's. That doesn't even count the one's that only use flyers and yard signs. A buyer's agreement means that in the allotted time, say 3 months, any home you buy the agent gets, say 3%.
