You could try to buy the house yourself! If you have to be evicted and physically removed, please don't have a job because you can be sued and judgement against you can be held for tripple damages in most states!!!!! For every $100 you owe you can be forced to pay $300, which isn't going to be fun while living under a bridge somewhere :) This "Bitch" still ownes the property and has property rights. Renting does NOT give you rights in the property. However, having to be forcefully evicted will insure that up to 21% of your take home pay can be consficated until the debt is satisified and make renting somewhere else almost impossible. Be sure you take careful aim at the middle of the foot you are fixing to shoot yourself in :) Why do I have a feeling that having to deal with you is probably the reason the property is for sale?
